Minlet - Harmony (Peridot)

Today's Minlet is green.

One of my favorite colors.

Also one of my favorite gemstones - Peridot.

Like the rest of my Minlet, all components are stainless steel and adjustable to about 8 inch with the extras jump rings added. 

Minlet - Friendship, Mixed Swarovski Crystal

These three Minlet now belongs to the same person.

First one is with stainless steel cable chain, 4mm bicone Swarovski crystals and stainless steel lobster clasp.

The second one here is with stainless steel curb chain, lobster clasp and 6mm bicone Swarovski crystals.

Last but not the least, Minlet with stainless steel box chain.

Yeah I am still with Minlet.

Material:

• Stainless steel chain link and lobster claw clasp (non-tarnish, easy to clean and long lasting).
• Goldfilled beads - 4mm.
• Length - about 7 inches (18 cm). 
• Adjustable as I added 5 jump rings.

Look at Vera's Creation

This blog is kind of neglected lately...though I have been posting here at OrchidBliss :) Just because many of our orchids are blooming now.

That aside, today I am sharing Vera's creation which are based on my popular (hehe *wink*) Twice Around the World (TAW) Tutorial. It is always very nice to receive feedback from fellow students and wire jewelers after they created something out of my tutorials.

So, keep them coming please....and here are the pieces created by Vera.

Minlet - Garnet, Sensual

Another two Minlet wire wrapped with faceted Garnet.
My birthstone and I am running out of this faceted gemstones already.

These Minlets here are wire wrapped with two different chains. One is with box link stainless steel chain while the other is curb link, also stainless steel chain.
I prefer the box link chain :)

Minlet - Amethyst, Garnet and Golden Pearl, Confidence and Luxe

These two Minlets were made for an old friend whom I lost contact with for a while.
She saw my Whatsapp profile picture of an almost similar Minlet and the rest is history.

Material:

• Stainless steel box chain link and lobster claw clasp.
• Gemstones - 6mm Amethyst, 5mm faceted Garnet and 5mm gold pearl.
• Length - about 7 inches (18 cm).

These two Minlets are without additional jump rings as she gave me her exact measurement.

Minlet - Pearl for Wisdom

William's requested for this Minlet.
A farewell gift for his Class Teacher who is retiring this week.
He passed it to her this morning but not sure about her reaction to this gift.
I hope she likes it.

Pearl is for Wisdom and I think all teachers are full of wisdom.
Their contribution to us and our children are priceless.
And this little gift is how he shows his appreciation to his teacher.

Minlet with Garnet, Amethyst and Swarovski Crystals - Yours Truly

Well this Minlet belongs to me, Yours Truly. Been wearing it for many months now.

One of the first, before I even call them Minlet. A bit of variation where Garnet (my birthstone :)) and Amethyst beads is wire wrapped close to the clasp.

Back to Jewelry, Some Sparkly SC Bracelets

For the last few weeks I have not been very productive with my wire jewelry. There are few project ideas in the head but somehow time is not on my side, as usual ☹

Completed several commissioned pieces. Here's one of them - wire wrapped Swarovski Crystal bracelets. All of them wire wrapped with gold filled wire. Look simple enough but took me about 45 minutes to complete each.
That's roughly about 15 hours of work.
