Been a while since I made something with pearl. Today I made two pearl necklaces and a pair of matching earring. One of the necklace is stringed while the other one is wire wrap. These are gifts to my second sister in-law who will soon be flying back to NZ.
Here are information on pearl on how to take care of them:
- Pearl's value and cost are judged by its color. Natural color pearl fetch higher price than dyed pearl.
- Try not to wear them in water especially chlorinated water as chlorine will damage the pearls.
- Do not wear your pearls while swimming in the sea as residues from the water will ruin your pearls.
