Sparkly Crystal Ring by Corra

Corra proved it again. She has the talent and speed as well. Following the instructions in my step by step pictorial tutorial for Sparkly Crystal Ring, she completed her first ever ring in 10 minutes! That is really something. When I first started making rings, I spent about half an hour for a simple wire wrap ring. For this short time that I know her (less than a month), she is a great photographer as well. She mentioned somewhere that she hates to crop her pictures. But Corra, I just want to show the details of the ring you created here :). Sorry ya! Speaking of speed, where can you find someone who created 3 tutorials within a time span of 3 months from the time she discovered wire jewelry?

Sparkly Crystal Ring by Cheryl Lloyd

At last I got to see some results from my Sparkly Crystal Ring Tutorial. Cheryl from the UK is very kind to show me her rings this morning. She also gave me the permission to feature them here. Thanks Cheryl. She said "I made three that evening - only in practice wire and with the wrong size crystals (6mm, not 8) so they aren't anything like as good as yours". I guess the size of the crystal is not that important as they turned out very nice and sweet. Donut Jade Pendants

I made these two wire wrap donut jade pendants today and I am quite happy with the results. The first one (green jade) is a commissioned piece and features 3 4mm pearls at the front and one at the back of the pendant, coral bead (red) and another 4mm green bead (not sure of the name). The second one is now available at my Etsy Shop (go check now!), features a donut pendant measuring about 3.7cm from top to bottom while at its widest part, the donut measures 3cm. The flower a the top is created with spring in mind. Faceted tourmaline briolettes form the petals while pearls of various sizes adorned the center and back of the pendant.

Pearl Necklace and Pipa Pendant (Reverse)

My holiday didn't go to waste after all. I completed a necklace and pendant today. Fingers are better today. This checkered pearl necklace and pipa pendant (reverse usage) is made up of 107 pieces of pearls of various kind. There are the 5mm (white and blue), 6mm (blue), 8mm (white) and 12mm pearls coin (Blue/purplish). The length of the necklace is about 17 inches while the pendant measures 4 cm from top to bottom. The pendant is designed according to the Wired Chinese Knot, same as I used for this earring, introduced by Corra but used differently here.
